Terms and Conditions

1. Access Restriction for Children:

• - The event access is restricted to guests under the age of 10 and is open to those aged 12 and above.

2. Ticket Refund Policy:

• - Cancellations within 48 hours will result in 100% cancellation charges.

3. Timeliness Requirement:

• - Guests must strictly adhere to the reserved timing.
• - Delays exceeding 30 minutes from the reserved table time will lead to the forfeiture of the reservation.

4. Activity and Menu Eligibility:

• - Customers must meet the eligibility criteria for both activities and menu options.

5. Ticket Rescheduling and Usage Limitation:

• - Tickets cannot be rescheduled to an alternate date.
• - Validity is exclusive to the Trapani New Year Eve event at Trapani Murouj only.
• - Ticket amounts are exclusive to the Trapani New Year Eve event and may not be utilized for other purposes.

6. Reservation Redemption:

• - Paid reservations are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the guest for whom the reservation was initially made.
• - Reselling or transferring reservations is strictly prohibited.

7. Transfer of Reservation:

• - In the event that customers cannot attend, they may transfer the reservation to family or friends, subject to approval through the customer care channel of Seazen.

8. Event Timing:

• - Reservations for the Trapani Murouj New Year event are applicable only between 9PM and 1AM, with the last order accepted at 12AM.
