Terms and Conditions

The ticket price is 35 KD per person.

Age Eligibility

  • - Event access is restricted to children under the age of 10.
  • - Entry is permitted for guests aged 12 and above.

Non-Refundable Ticket Policy

  • - Once tickets are paid for and confirmed, they are strictly non-refundable

Cancellation Policy

  • - Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event qualify for a full refund.
  • - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will incur 100% cancellation charges.

Timeliness Requirement

  • - Guests must adhere to their reserved timing.
  • - A delay of more than 30 minutes from the reserved time will result in forfeiture of the reservation.

Activity & Menu Eligibility

  • - Guests must meet the required eligibility criteria for event activities and menu options.

Ticket Rescheduling & Validity

  • - Tickets cannot be rescheduled to another date.
  • - Tickets are valid exclusively for the Trapani New Year’s Eve event at Trapani x Grand Hyatt Kuwait.
  • - Ticket amounts may not be applied to any other event, service, or purpose.

Reservation Redemption

  • - Paid reservations are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the guest whose name appears on the reservation.
  • - Reselling or transferring reservations to third parties is strictly prohibited.

Transfer of Reservation (Exceptional Cases)

  • - If a guest is unable to attend, they may request to transfer their reservation to family or friends.
  • - Transfers require prior approval through Seazen’s customer care channel.

Event Timing

  • - The Trapani Grand Hyatt New Year’s Eve event is valid from 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
  • - The last order will be accepted at 12:00 AM.

Additional Orders

  • - Any items ordered outside the set menu will be charged at full à-la-carte menu prices.
